Your Phones. Our Problem.

Stock Technologies delivers fully managed business phone systems — we handle everything from setup to support so you can focus on running your business.

One Provider. One Invoice. One Call.

You already trust us with your IT. Now you can trust us with your phones. We partner with industry-leading providers to deliver a modern phone system — installed, configured, and supported by the same local team that manages your network. No more juggling phone vendors or waiting on hold with a call center.

How It Works

From first conversation to day-one support — here's what to expect.

1

Discovery

We learn about your business, phone needs, and current setup. No pressure — just a conversation.

2

Recommendation

We present the right solution with transparent pricing. You see exactly what you're getting and what it costs.

3

Implementation

We deploy the phones, port your numbers, configure everything, and train your team. You pick up the phone and it just works.

4

Ongoing Support

Your phones become part of your managed services. Same team, same support, same invoice.

Why Stock Technologies?

You could go direct to a phone provider. But then you're managing another vendor, another support line, and another bill. When something doesn't work, you're on hold with a call center that doesn't know your name or your network.

We Already Know Your Network

We've been inside your office. We know your switches, your firewall, your internet connection. That means faster troubleshooting and fewer problems.

One Point of Contact

IT and phones — one team, one ticket, one invoice. No finger-pointing between vendors when something goes wrong.

Done Right the First Time

Implementation by people who know your environment — not a contractor who's never seen your building before.

No Surprise Bills

Phone support is bundled into your agreement. Need to add a user? Change a call flow? Train a new employee? It's all included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.

What is VoIP?

VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is a phone system that runs over your internet connection instead of traditional phone lines. From the user's perspective, it works the same way — you pick up the phone, dial, and talk. It just runs on modern infrastructure with better features and lower cost.

Will I keep my phone numbers?

Yes. We transfer your existing numbers from your current provider to the new system. Your clients, vendors, and everyone else keeps calling the same number. The process typically takes 1-3 weeks, and we set up temporary forwarding so no calls are missed during the transition.

What happens if my internet goes down?

No internet means no phones — that's the main tradeoff vs. traditional lines. Most VoIP systems can forward calls to cell phones during an outage, and we can set up cellular failover for businesses where uptime is critical. We plan for this upfront so you're never caught off guard.

Do I need special internet?

Most businesses already have internet that can handle VoIP. Each active call uses about the same bandwidth as streaming a video. We test your connection before recommending anything to make sure call quality won't be an issue.

Is VoIP reliable?

Yes. The major providers have 99.99% uptime. The technology has matured significantly — this isn't the choppy internet calling from 10 years ago. Most businesses that switch never look back.

Will it save me money?

In most cases, yes. You eliminate PRI lines, analog line fees, toll-free charges, and the cost of paying someone to make changes to your old system. The exact savings depend on what you're paying today — we'll help you compare.

What about 911?

With VoIP, your physical address is registered in the system so 911 dispatchers know where to send help. We set this up during implementation and update it if your office moves.

What if I'm not ready for a fully managed solution?

No problem. We can point you to providers you can work with directly. If you need help along the way, we're available at our standard hourly rate. We educate first, sell second.
